I've noticed if you go onto my Google Drive to watch the videos on say Google Chrome- It may be a bit slow so i suggest to watch those things on Internet explorer, as it;s much faster.
Just Checked Firefox and it works, so you can use either
Firefox
Internet Exploer
To view Videos from Google Drive.
It might be just from my end that it's not working well on Google Chrome but i don't know
